as expected, michael jackson's death has resulted in many after effects.

1) obviously michael jackson records sell-out.
if michael jackson can actually go back to the billboard 200 from the pop catalouge chart, then it would be great, as jonas brothers have picked a fantastic date to release their album. if michael jackson didn't die, then they might hold at no.1 on the billboard 200 for a second week. hopefully michael jackson albums can go back to top 200. other than that, the whole world is playing michael jackson songs on the radio. so is it possible that michael jackson songs peak high on the hot 100? i wish for black eyed peas to stop its 12 weeks reign on the hot 100. neither do i want to see their next single replace boom boom pow at no.1.

2) the 50 shows in the o2.
the organisers have turned a possible US$500 million loss into another money making opportunity, they want to have a tribute concert for michael jackson, wow so quick-minded. madonna is rumoured to be joining this. i sure hope she does. this is a money-making opportunity, and i would like to see her rendition of billie jean, long time unseen since 1985. if you listen to like a virgin, you can actually find that the beat or melody of like a virgin and billie jean sounds alike.

3) sudden increase of michael jackson fans
before michael jackson died, he has around 850,000 fans on his facebook fan page, but ever since he died, the fan page members have almost doubled, to over 1,500,000. not long after he died, there was an increase of 3 fans/s. but now is even worse. nearly 4 fans/s is joining the page. i think the michael jackson related pages on facebook must have been the fastest growing ever since obama had a facebook fan page.

4) a great time for janet jackson's comeback.
janet jackson should grab this fantastic opportunity to revive her career. she just needs to make an album titled something like "in memory of my brother", and add a few covers of michael jackson songs, with everything else being her own original stuff, it will sell millions. everyone is in the mj craze now, they will just grab everything related to michael jackson.

i hope everyone can grab hold of this money making opportunity to make piles of cash. who knows, maybe with the help of michael jackson's death, there would be so damn much buying that stimulates this sucky economy, and the dormant music sales. michael jackson would be hailed as reviver of the music and economy or don't know what else. this michael mania has affirmed my belief that when madonna dies another day, the same things will happen.
