188. chinese new year in a more boring year

obama's inauguration is tomorrow.

chinese new year this year seems quite boring and not lively at all. this is probably because chinese new year comes too early, in january. the ideal date should be mid february, so that there's enough time to get into the mood for such a great festive season to slack.
