165. hypermobility: how many can you manage?
how many of these can you do? images not from me.adapted from http://qw88nb88.wordpress.com/33/
Natural finger hyperextension
only my left thumb, my right thumb can turn in 90 degrees inwards instead.

Finger hyperflexion with light pressure (palm downwards).
yes both i can

Hyperextensibility of shoulders means always being able to reach that itchy spot
only my left hand, it can reach up to the top of my neck. no wonder i was thinking why someone would invent the back scratcher.

It also makes gripping a pencil or pen more fatiguing, and therefore penmanship more difficult (even beyond the whole “make a lefty into a righty” issue).
me too, but i didn't know it would make writing more fatigue.

bendable sideways, and over the back of your hand?
no i cant

if you can, then your fingers are longer than other people's
yay my fingers are longer
bend your thumb to touch your arm
yes my left hand can

being able to put one’s hands flat on the floor, even with the knees locked.
no i can't

bending your elbow or knee joint further back than normal.
no i cant

rotate your ankles more than usual
no i cant

stretchy skin
my neck, yes. others, most likely no.
all these indications probably point to me being a freak.
