Neopets really got problem.

Can anyone tell me what the hell is the problem with The Return Of The Return Of Dr.Sloth in Neopets?

My high score seemed to be permanently stuck at 8 billion. I broke the damn score after that for 2 times. First time with score of 32 billion and another time with 30 billion. I could easily rank 37 and 39 respectively at the time.

And before that I got a 13 billion which I could rank 67 at that time. And after that I played the accursed game again and got 8 billion and the score seemed to get stuck there.

When I got 32 billion points and sent it and found that it did not overwrite the previous high score and make me rank 37, I was like fuck this damn game! Fuck Neopets and their lousy technicians! Fuck them for ignoring me!

The Neopets team didn't even bother about the first complaint I sent them. Even if they are fixing the damn problem now, couldn't they just reply a "We are fixing the problem now" and apologise? I even got screenshots of 2 times where this damn problem happens.

And till now, I already complained for a third time. And I expect more to go until they fix the problem and return my ranks, but I highly doubt they will do so.

The same thing happened to my friends too. Don't you ever do anything about the problems? Or maybe post something on Neopets saying this is a permanent error and could not be fixed. Can't they even explain the reason for this damn error.

I'm so upset and furious about what is happening and even more upset and furious that they decided to do nothing about this error.

And why do they have to limit the word limit of complaint to 250 words. I had a difficult time trying to shorten my paragraph. Are they trying to tell me that reading 250 words x a few complaints everyday can make them go blind?

What the heck is wrong??? Sucks to Neopets! Fuck them to hell! Go back to their motherland and suck their own asses.
